*No parties/events. No loud noises after 11pm; if guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruption alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately with NO refund.
*Late check out fee of $50 for first hour, $100 for subsequent hours.
*Clean out fridge and take out all trash

Payment Policy
50% of total payment is due when booked and full payment will be due 14 days before check-in
Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit will be refunded 3 days after check-out when no house rules are broken and there are no damages to the property
Cancellation Policy
Guests get full refund if they cancel up to 21 days before check-in, except certain cases.
